The Support for Learning Department works alongside Class Teachers to support the needs of the whole class and children may receive additional targeted support at some point in the school year. This may take the form of an additional programme to support literacy, vocabulary development, fine/gross motor skills, sensory needs and focus and attention. Support might take place in-class or in a small group workshop out with the classroom. Keeping the type of support we offer varied and flexible, allows us to address the needs of all children to the best of our ability.
