The most important aim of the Library is to promote a love of reading and to allow children to access a wide range of literary material. Children enjoy selecting books and benefit from some guidance to ensure the book is appropriate for their reading ability. The children are encouraged to borrow books not only for class research but, more importantly, for social reading. Encouragement and nurturing the reading requirement of each child is always in the foreground. We are also lucky enough to have some outside space with our library building and the children very much enjoy sitting in the sun and sharing their book choices.
